General Terms

• We are not responsible for any interruptions or delays in accessing the website due to technical issues, maintenance, or system updates. However, we ensure communication remains open via alternative contact methods, including email (info@topscoringtutor.com).

• We are not liable for any data loss from your personal device once the final assignment/order is delivered via email or student portal.

• While we provide guidance from qualified academic experts, we do not guarantee any specific grades or academic outcomes. Assignment help is subjective, and academic performance depends on multiple factors.

• In case the delivered work does not meet expectations due to our expert’s mistake, we offer free revisions. However, refunds will not be issued after delivery, as the work is considered sold.

• Prices shown during order placement are estimated. For technical or word count–less assignments, final pricing will be confirmed after expert review.

• A minimum deadline of 4 days is applicable for all standard assignment orders.

• These Terms may be revised or updated periodically. Users are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.

Order Revision Terms

• Revision terms do not apply to technical or high-volume assignments (as determined by Top Scoring Tutor).

• Incomplete or inaccurate instructions during initial order placement will void eligibility for free revisions.

• Revision period starts only after full payment is received.

• Your availability for communication during the revision period is essential.

• Only one set of revision instructions is accepted per revision cycle. Any additional changes will be counted as a separate revision.

Partial Payment Policy

• Partial payments are generally not accepted. In special cases, additional charges may apply for partial payment arrangements.

• Final work will not be delivered until full payment is completed.

• Refund requests for partial payments will not be entertained. The client remains liable for any unpaid balance.

• If the draft is unsatisfactory, amendments will be made as per the revision policy, not via refund.

• If the client refuses delivery of completed work, Top Scoring Tutor is not liable to refund any amount and may still claim the remaining balance for the expert’s efforts.

Value-Added Services

• All assignments are delivered with a Plagiarism Report ensuring 100% original work.

• For Online Plagiarism Report services, the report will be emailed or uploaded to the user portal within 24 hours.

• For Reference Generator services, files are shared within 24 hours post-service request.

• For Proofreading and Editing, turnaround time is subject to assignment complexity and may take up to 72 hours.
