1. Unavailability of Expert

We always try to assign the best expert for your assignment. In the rare case that an expert is unavailable after full payment, we will offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
    OR

  • You may choose to use the same amount for another assignment of equal value.

2. Missed Deadline

If your assignment is not delivered on time and it is due to our fault, you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refund between 50% to 100%, depending on the case.

Important:

  • If you do not reply to our expert’s queries within 12 hours, or

  • If you provide incomplete instructions,
    then the refund will not be approved.

Our team will fully investigate the situation, and our decision will be final.

3. Fail Grade

If you receive a Fail Grade on the assignment done by our team, you can request a refund. To qualify:

  • You must submit the official grade sheet and professor’s feedback within 60 days of delivery.

  • If the failure is due to our content quality, you will receive a 50% to 100% refund, based on the review.

No refund will be considered after 60 days.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

You can raise a Money-Back Guarantee claim if you fail the assignment due to our content quality.

  • The claim must include the official grade report.

  • Our customer support team will review and make a final decision.

  • Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method only.

  • Cash refunds will be processed, not wallet credits.

Refunds NOT Applicable In These Cases:

  • If less than 72 hours remain before your deadline at the time of order.

  • If the payment is still pending or not complete.

  • If you fail to respond to our communication or don’t provide proper assignment details.

  • If you raise refund requests on social media, WhatsApp, or email instead of the official form on our website.

  • If more than 60 days have passed since we delivered your assignment.
